    Terrible experience. Purchased a blade helicopter from them “open box” for full retail, got home, and the helicopter was defective.

    It was constantly banking right. Called the store immediately and was told to bring it in. I dropped it off at the store for them to take a look at - as they first made me feel completely taken care of - and didn’t bring the 3.7v battery (which they had plenty of in stock) and was told to Run home to get it. As soon as I got back - they were closed. I had to wait the weekend due to store hours, had a family emergency come up, went back to the store after a week or so to pickup my purchase / with receipt and they just flat out “didn’t know anything about” what I was talking about. Now, every time I’ve gone in since, I get treated so peculiar. They kept my helicopter I purchased and they kept the money I paid for it!
