  I would like to share my horrible experience i encountered dealing with Johns appliances. We recently purchased over twenty thousand dollars in appliances for our new home and it turned into a nightmare. For some reason after we left the store the order was rewritten and the delivery was wrong on multiple items. The exhaust hood was somehow deleted off the order all together and had to be reordered setting the tile install for the backsplash back 3 weeks .The exhaust hood extension and cover was exchanged 3 times before it was correct.The refrigerator handles were wrong upon delivery. And the manufacturers rebate of close to a thousand dollars was never given to me . After calling the salesperson several times to make these corrections i finally received all my purchased items. But to date i have never received the rebates promised to me. The only answer given to me was that they miss priced the refrigerator and could not send me the thousand dollars in rebates after spending over twenty thousand dollars. After several phone calls to the salesperson i was told that i could only receive about five hundred in rebates but never received that either.Very disappointing experience will never shop there again.
